Old Greenwich Festival 2022 Policies


The Old Greenwich Festival is a local family-friendly market/boutique and event. All vendors are selected based on product quality, product appropriateness for event, and product uniqueness. We gladly accept applications from vendors with products that are:

  • Great gifts

  • Unique

  • High-quality

  • Handmade/crafted

  • ​Jewelry

  • Mens/Womens/Childrens Accessories & Clothing

  • Home Accessories & Decor

  • Skin Care/Soaps/Candles

  • Pet Products/services

  • Food & Beverage

  • Toys & Books

We do not accept applications from vendors who sell:

  • Alcohol (per the Town of Greenwich)

  • Products using licensed imagery and brands (aka “knock offs”)

  • Weapons

  • Products with hateful and divisive messages


Date: June 11th (Rain date June 12th) Hours: 10:00am - 4:00pm All Spaces are 10’ x 10’

  • You must supply your own table, racks, display cases, etc

  • If you want to bring a tent (highly recommended), it must be white and no bigger than 10’ x 10’*

  • Your space is your space, so please work with what you have and please respect the space of the people around you.

*If you are a participating non-profit organization, and/or if your tent reflects your company’s branding, you may use a tent in any color.


Vendor Spaces are limited, and all applicants will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. All accepted Vendors of the Old Greenwich Festival 2022 who choose to participate are required to pay a non-refundable fee of $200, DUE NO LATER THAN MARCH 31ST, 2022. Payment may be made via Venmo, PayPal or Check. The Vendor Fee secures your space and provides you with #ogf22 promotional materials you can use on your website, social media platforms, and directly with your customers via email, etc. We ask that you please promote your participation using #ogf22.

All accepted Vendors will be emailed an event contract with all necessary details. You must complete and sign the contract and return with payment ON TIME. Not doing so may result in the loss of event participation. Vendors are expected to read all correspondence from It’s All in the Details, LLC in a timely manner to stay informed about event updates, as well as additional information which pertains to Vendor participation.


If you are selected to participate at #OGF22, you will be required to furnish the following information DUE NO LATER THAN APRIL 30TH, 2022 :

  • Signed Hold Harmless Waiver

  • Signed Vendor Liability Insurance Agreement

  • Proof of Liability Insurance of $1mil with a $3mil aggregate for the day of the event*

  • Proof of Itinerant or Temporary Health Certificate from the Greenwich Department of Health (only if you are Food Truck or selling/sampling F&B from a Vendor space)

*It’s All in the Details can help you secure the necessary insurance at minimal cost from an independent Insurance Company.
